Waterless Wash to some in the detailing industry is a curse word, however, it has its place and serves a purpose in certain circumstances.

For those who have no access to running water, these products are great and provide solutions for people with no other choice. But they also come in handy for car shows and meets where the drive to the event has made the vehicle a little dirty, but not enough to warrant a full wash.

The trick with waterless washes is to use plenty of towels, wipe in a straight motion, and change the towel frequently. No excessive rubbing and you shouldn't run into issues. We like Gyeon Q2M ECOWash as it is a waterless wash, but also a rinseless wash, meaning it can be used in a bucket like a shampoo, but without having to rinse off.

Description

Gyeon Q2M ECOWash is a multi-use product that allows you to quickly and safely clean your vehicle without requiring running water. It also means that you don't require a drain or have to allow any detergents to drip onto the ground. This makes it a very useful product in areas that prohibit run off in drainage systems.

The concentrated formula of Q2M ECOWash means it can be used in one of 3 ways. It can be used as a waterless wash, rinseless wash, and as a drying aid. As well as being a concentrated formula, it is also infused with SiO2 which makes it slick, very glossy and provides water-repellency and self-cleaning abilities.

How To Use

Waterless Wash: dilute 1:10 - 1:15 into a spray bottle. Shake gently to mix and spray liberally on the surface. Using a clean microfibre towel, wipe in a straight line motion until you have achieved a streak-free finish. It is important to change the towel often to keep the surface as clean as possible and minimise the risk of inflicting swirl marks or scratches.

Rinseless Wash: use 50-80ml per 12L of water in your wash bucket. Soak multiple microfibre towels in the solution, and wash panel by panel, changing the towels often to minimise the risk of inflicting swirl marks or scratches.

Drying Aid: dilute 1:20 in a spray bottle, shake gently to mix, and either spray directly onto the wet surface, or straight onto your drying towel and proceed to dry the vehicle in the usual way.
