We Say
No matter how good your wax is, you will not achieve a perfect looking paint finish unless you spend time polishing it properly first. And not just to the usual standard either. Perfection demands that you dedicate yourself to the cause and keep going, refining it further and further and further. If you do, something magical will happen: the clearcoat will begin to look deeper and thicker, almost like it's sitting proud of the colour beneath. Its glass-like reflectivity and clarity will amaze you, and you will know what perfection means. If this is what you seek, SCHOLL Concepts S40 will get you there.

Description
SCHOLL Concepts S40 is an ultra-fine abrasive polish designed to maximise surface gloss on all paint types. It works by using intelligent Powder Technology (iPT) abrasives to burnish painted surfaces to perfection, smoothing out micro-defects and creating the flattest possible finish. As a result, light plays over the paint surface more evenly, making it look as deep and glossy as physically possible. Long-lasting oil-rich lubricants maximise its working time, making the jewelling process easy and enjoyable, while its filler-free formula ensures that defect removal is permanent rather than temporary.

How To Use
You can apply SCHOLL Concepts S40 by hand or machine, although for best results we recommend the latter. By hand, apply SCHOLL Concepts S40 to freshly decontaminated paint using a SCHOLL Concepts Polishing Puck. Only 3-4 pea-sized drops of product are required per 12 x 12 area, and these should be worked in firmly and evenly until only an oily residue remains. This residue should then be buffed off carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel. For best results using a dual action polisher, apply SCHOLL Concepts S40 to freshly decontaminated paint using either a SCHOLL Concepts Spider Finishing Pad or a SCHOLL Concepts Premium Finishing Pad. Only 3-4 pea-sized drops of product are required per 18 x 18 area, and these should be worked in thoroughly at 4000-5000 orbits per minute (speed 4-5 on most dual action polishers), applying moderate pressure for the first 90 seconds or so, and then progressively lighter pressure for a further 90 seconds or so, until only an oily residue remains. This residue should then be buffed off carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel.
