We Say

Swissvax Onyx is an entry level wax from Swissvax and delivers a superb finish characterised by intense richness, amazing water beading and a liquid-like level of glossiness. In fact, the only way it really differs from the premium waxes in the Swissvax line up is in terms of its durability, which is a little lower due to its more modest carnauba content; a lifespan of up to three months per application is to be expected. As long as you're prepared to reapply it every couple of months it's a fantastic choice.

Description

Swissvax Onyx is an entry level wax from the broad Swissvax wax portfolio that is suitable for all paint types and colours. Containing 30% pure Brazilian No.1 carnauba by volume, Swissvax Onyx produces a rich, streak-free, high gloss finish with excellent water beading characteristics, and is ridiculously easy to apply and buff off. However, due to its modest carnauba content it's not resistant to road salt, so it's best to switch to a more resilient formulation during the winter months, such as Swissvax Shield.

How To Use

Swissvax Onyx should only be applied by hand. For best results, it should be applied to freshly cleansed paint three to four panels at a time and as thinly and evenly as possible using a Swissvax Foam Applicator Pad. The resulting film should be buffed off within a few minutes of application using either a Swissvax Micro-Fluffy Towel or a Swissvax Micro-Polish Towel; there is absolutely no need to allow the film to dry fully before it is removed.
